We had our friends Stephen and Deb stay with us for Thanksgiving - they flew all the way from Providence with their 1-year-old son William.  Here is Kate and William playing together, with Kate being not so lady-like in her manners...

Van Hook grandparents' weekend visit

Grandma and Grandpa Van Hook came to visit for the weekend.  Kate has gotten much bigger since we last saw them in May!

 

 

Apple picking (September)

One warm day in September, we drove to a farm in Nebraska City to go apple picking.  Here are a few highlights:
